CEDT is more than a company - it is an experience, a community, an art.
Dance performances, creative work and inspiration for movement since 1989.
The Central European Dance Theatre (KET) is one of Hungary's most influential dance companies. In addition to our constantly developing repertoire - unique in the region - our DTIE, IKF and D.E.E.P. programme series are an important part of our operations.
Our mission is to build a bridge between the public and contemporary art - not to separate, but to connect.
Our lectures, workshops and education programmes are all designed to make freedom of movement accessible to all.
We are not striving for perfection - but for truth, presence, real impact.
This feedback reflects the profound experience of contemporary dance: the power of expression through the body, the inspiring creative environment and the dedication with which CEDT artists enrich both the audience and the participants.
