This November, for the 13th time, we are organising our one-week autumn dance festival, SŐT7, at the Bethlen Téri Theatre, in cooperation with the Central European Dance Theatre.

In the first years, the week-long dance festival organised around the name of the district's namesake, Queen Elisabeth - popularly known as Sissi - focused on top-class performances of Hungarian contemporary dance, and for years afterwards on the Budapest performances of rural dance companies. The 2024 concept, while not forgetting what has gone before, focuses on two important themes: the Bethlen's core mission of nurturing talent, and the increasingly important international relations.
